Welcome to ARTI DELLA MANO. These Terms and Conditions apply to the online store of ARTI DELLA MANO, operated by Andreas Salomon, Hirterweg 7, 2203 Putzing, Austria.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ARTI DELLA MANO / Andreas Salomon. Our online store is operated through Shopify. Shopify provides the technical platform through which we offer our products.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online store and the purchase of products through our website.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers through our online store.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.
2. Our Products
We make every effort to display and describe our products in the online store as accurately as possible.
As many of our products are handmade leather goods, slight variations in color, texture, surface, grain, shape or workmanship may occur. Such variations do not constitute a defect, provided they are due to the natural characteristics of the material or the handcrafted production process.
The display of colors may vary slightly depending on the screen, device and settings used.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
3. Conclusion of Contract and Orders
When you place an order through our online store, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
Receipt of your order will be confirmed automatically by e-mail. This automatic order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.
The purchase contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to reject orders, in particular if a product is unavailable, payment problems occur, or there are obvious errors in the price or product description.
The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers remains unaffected.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros.
The prices shown are final prices. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown separately.
Due to the small business exemption pursuant to Section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act, no VAT is charged or shown.
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment, billing and shipping information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Information on shipping costs, delivery areas and delivery times can be found in our shipping policy.
The specific delivery time is stated on the product page, during checkout or in our shipping policy.
We make every effort to meet the stated delivery times. However, unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery times are non-binding estimates.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping service providers, customs clearance or events beyond our control.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
Statutory warranty rights of consumers are neither excluded nor limited by these Terms and Conditions.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
We are also liable in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions, in particular under the Austrian Product Liability Act.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable, to the extent permitted by law, only for the breach of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual Property
All content in our online store, including texts, images, product photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product names and other content, is the property of ARTI DELLA MANO or is used with the appropriate authorization.
Any use, reproduction, editing, publication or distribution of such content is not permitted without our prior written consent.
The names, logos, designs and product names of ARTI DELLA MANO may not be used without our prior written consent.
10. External Links
Our online store may contain links to external websites or third-party services.
We have no control over the content, privacy practices or security of such external websites and accept no responsibility for them, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Relationship with Shopify
Our online store is operated through Shopify. Shopify provides the technical platform.
However, sales and purchases made through our online store take place directly between you and ARTI DELLA MANO / Andreas Salomon.
Shopify is not a party to the purchase contract between you and us.
12. Privacy
Information on how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
As our online store is operated through Shopify, certain personal data may also be processed by Shopify.
13. Prohibited Use
You may not use our online store for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.
In particular, it is prohibited to infringe the rights of third parties, provide false or misleading information, distribute malware or circumvent the security mechanisms of our online store.
We reserve the right to take appropriate measures in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors and to reject or cancel orders based on such errors, to the extent permitted by law.
The availability of individual products may change. If an ordered product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions where this is necessary for legal, technical or organizational reasons.
For orders already concluded, the version valid at the time of the order applies.
16. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory legal protections of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provision.
