Shipping Policy
We currently ship our products to Austria, Germany, other countries within the European Union, and Switzerland.
Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed to the customer during the checkout process before the order is completed.
Our current standard shipping costs are:
- Austria: €10
- Germany: €15
- Other EU countries: €20
- Switzerland: €20
Shipping within the European Union is free for orders over €300.
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional import duties, customs charges, taxes or fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the customer and are not covered by ARTI DELLA MANO.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated for the respective product, delivery after receipt of the order takes place within:
- Austria: 2–14 business days
- Germany: 3–16 business days
- Other EU countries: 4–18 business days
- Switzerland: 4–18 business days
For payments made in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract has been concluded.
If any delays occur during delivery, we will inform the customer without undue delay.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the address specified in the order. If the customer is a consumer, this applies from the moment the goods are handed over to the customer or a person authorized by the customer to receive them.
Shipping Provider and Tracking
We ship our orders via established shipping service providers (e.g. Austrian Post, DPD or DHL). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including a tracking number, where available, so that you can track the status of your delivery.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, or because the customer was not available to receive the goods and did not collect them within the specified period, the goods will be returned to us.
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery. If the customer no longer wishes to receive the goods, we will refund the purchase price, minus any shipping and return costs incurred.
